Here is a quick question for you
If someone needed an important document while you were away, could they find it?
Not eventually...
or after messaging three people...
or after checking six different folders and asking themselves: 'Which version is the latest one?'
What I mean is - could they actually find it?
Because 'I know where everything is' works perfectly well until you're not there.
