Terms:

This service can be provided on an ad hoc basis, with a minimum of one day chargeable on appointment.

Costs:

£275 per day.

50% payable on appointment and the balance on completion of each task.

​​Between 2013 and 2014 I conducted comprehensive data gathering on teaching and meeting rooms previously excluded from the timetabling system, facilitating their integration into the central room booking system, which included more than 120 individual spaces.

Between 2006 and 2007 I achieved a 5% cost saving on a £2.3M operational budget without compromising service quality, through a combination of service reviews, supplier renegotiations and competitive tendering.
