Terms:

This service can be provided on a part-time or full-time basis, on a minimum three months contract, with one month chargeable on appointment.

Costs:

£350 per day. 

50% payable on appointment and the balance on completion of each contract period.

I have managed teams of between five and fifty people during my career, which has included working with teams across multiple office and facilities functions.

Line management has included staff development, performance reviews, monitoring workload distribution and managing staff absences.

I have experience in handling supplier contract reviews, vendor management and health & safety compliance.

During 2022 and 2023 I reviewed the institution's Disclosure Scotland process and introduced a more streamlined system, which resulted in an annual fee saving.​

With the same employer, I previously led a comprehensive process review and oversaw new protocols (e.g. more efficient handling of exam results) and delivered targeted training to ensure consistency and efficiency across the 8-person administrative team I managed.
